Hubei Transportation Investment Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Hubei Transportation Investment Group") is a wholly-owned transportation investment and financing enterprise of the Hubei Provincial Government. It was established in October 2010 with a registered capital of 20.9 billion yuan. In December 2021, as one of the first provincial state-owned enterprises established through reform, the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Government gave it the functional positioning of "transportation planning, design, construction, and management full life cycle operator". Its business covers planning and design, engineering construction, modern logistics, regional development, transportation services, transportation technology, transportation finance and other sectors. In June 2020, it was identified by the Provincial Government as the first pilot for the reform of state-owned capital investment companies in the province. It ranks 360th in the 2023 Top 500 Chinese Enterprises, advancing 52 places.
