Attorney Deng Jiashun’s main business areas include corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, mining and infrastructure, real estate and engineering construction. Attorney Deng Jiashun has conducted in-depth research on the legal systems and policies of China and Laos, is familiar with the cultures of the two countries, and provides legal services to many Chinese companies in Laos. He currently serves as a long-term legal advisor to a state-owned logistics company, a state-owned Luang Prabang Hotel, Vangrong Cement Plant in Laos, and a mining company in Laos.

Attorney Deng Jiashun has participated in and served many Lao investment projects, including: a state-owned enterprise Lao complex building project, a state-owned enterprise Luang Prabang Hotel project, and a hydropower and road construction project of a hydropower engineering bureau in Laos.
